Job Responsibilities
- Execution and supervision of civil works related to powerhouse, tunnels, access adits, roads, drainage, and associated infrastructure.
- Planning and monitoring daily construction activities in line with project schedules and milestones.
- Coordination of manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors to achieve targeted progress.
- Monitoring excavation, support systems, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing activities.
- Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Preparation of daily progress reports, work fronts, and resource planning schedules.
- Coordination with planning, quality, survey, mechanical, and client teams for smooth execution.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in hydropower, pumped storage, underground works, dams, tunnels, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience in execution of large RCC structures, powerhouse works, underground caverns, excavation, and support activities.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
- Ability to manage site teams and multiple work fronts independently.
Preferred
- Experience in powerhouse construction, hydropower projects, PSP projects, underground caverns, or major infrastructure developments.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, construction planning, and contract specifications.
